There are four phases when it comes to building your Splash Pool.
The Process

Phase 1
Demo
Layout
Excavation
Steel
Plumbing
Gas
(Approximately 1-4 weeks in)
Once permit and HOA approvals are secured, we’ll clear the area and begin excavation. Next, we’ll install steel reinforcements per city code and approved plans, followed by plumbing for the pool and spa, including circulation lines, skimmer, autofill, and a split main drain with safety covers. A 1.5" gas line will also be added for the equipment, fire pit, and BBQ. After this, we’ll schedule an inspection to ensure everything meets code before moving forward.

Phase 2
Gunite
Deck Bonding
(Approximately 5-8 weeks in)
After passing the initial inspection, we will proceed with the application of gunite to form the pool and spa structure. Deck bonding will be installed to ensure electrical safety, followed by scheduling the second inspection with the city or county.

Phase 3
Coping
Tile
Equipment
(Approximately 9-11 weeks in)
At this stage, you'll begin to see your pool and spa come to life. Your selected coping will be installed around the perimeter, followed by the installation of your chosen tile along the waterline, raised areas, and spillways. Pool equipment will also be set in place, and we will then notify the city or county to conduct the third inspection.

Interior Finish
Clean Up
Start Up
Final Inspection
(Approximately 12-14 weeks in)
Phase 4 (The Final Phase)
After the third inspection is approved, we’ll install the light niches and complete equipment bonding. Then, we’ll apply your chosen interior finish—plaster or mini pebble—and fill the pool with water. A 30-day start-up service is included to balance the water and ensure equipment runs properly. Once complete, we’ll schedule the final inspection, and your pool will be ready to enjoy!
